Thank you so much for taking time to write detailed reply. I feel I have learned a lot changing companies - both technical as well as social skills. I would definitely want to be developing solutions. I have no problem doing day to day jobs

Money has never been the factor for change. I have always wanted to be someone who contributes more and is an important part of the business rather than some guy writing code for them.

I don't get bored easily but If the company/boss doesn't show any sign of progress or doesn't explain what I'll be doing in next 6 months then it disappoints me. But not to the extent that I'd leave. Changing c

Freelancing was challenging and fun but I'd lean more towards permanent roles where I have more knowledge of business while developing solutions.

Only thing that scares me is the type of person the owner is. If he is typical strict non-technical and demanding boss then it'll be hell I guess

It's an established company but not IT. Recently owner has decided to go more aggressively on the software/website/apps side of the company. There was one freelancer working on it but they want someone on site now as freelanc

neither replaced nor fire. I'm just not finding current trend addressing those workforce. They are essential part. They contribute to the economy. I feel they are kind of neglected and too much focus is put on being passionate and work

And some people just don't have appreciation for business which value quality, culture, ethics and respect for employees. They are busy with their own arrogance.
