Well that's sort of the point of Pinry. We don't have to deal with it, it's up to the individual who hosts their own Pinry. We don't maintain that user's servers or have anything to do with it. If you want a completely private Pinry you can

There is none, in the future we do have plans to have hosted instances of Pinry so those who don't know how to setup their own server can purchase easy one-click hosting through us. We plan to do hosting as close to cost as possible/not loo

This requires Java, is desktop only and doesn't have a solid command line client. How does this rival Dropbox at all.

As much as I don't like stuff being hidden from me I think this is a good move. The title made me think it was a permanent move but it's just till this update is completed. The bad part of this is, that it's obviously a very serious vulnera

Your comment generally frustrated me as another "cloud basher" of which we've heard a million times before but then I saw your last sentence, burst out laughing and had to give you some props for it. The cloud is completely pointless and hi

So I recently went from one of these simple forms to a more complex one due to a client's request. I did this because his customers were complaining that they didn't understand why they didn't have to fill out all this information. Everyone

It was actually down at the time of that post too. I know because I was using Flat UI in a new project and had to ditch their vector illustrations which were the items in question from this DMCA.

This was a big article already not even two days ago on HN: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=5331766 Why is this being upvoted a 2nd time in the same week to the top of the homepage...

As someone who hosts hundreds of PAID sites with CloudFlare this is pretty unacceptable. I'm giving them thousands of dollars so that this doesn't happen. Will probably be moving off unless they have some very good reasoning behind a world-

I'm in the same boat as you brother, college was my biggest mistake. And, much like you, every job I've had since college no one cared that I even went to college, they just cared if I could do the job/saw my portfolio and hired me. I've ne

I always find these best of lists nice, I never think they are actually the "best of" but I do end up finding one or two gems I add to my box of whatever it's the "best of" of. I guess it's a small thing I just don't like the titling of "be
