I suppose all nodes would have to be in sync with a parent node, but indeed that is a good question. What happens when one goes rogue and starts bending the truth. There is nothing stopping criminal governments around the world from doing i

Isn't this always the case with open source / "free" platforms? Loads of volunteers put the effort in, while someone somewhere has enormous financial benefits off of it?

Too little, too late. If it weren't for the OS, which they are also butchering, I would've moved away from Apple sooner.

That is correct, but some just tend to religiously adopt Python. Those who understand that the best tool for the task at hand is the best tool for the task at hand are fine.

IMO this is a good question. It's pretty tempting to hijack an existing infrastructure such as the US army to push back an unhappy people should they become an annoyance, and the US army is by most standards, pretty scary. But I think

Much of the rest of the world is made of countries where people have been exploited long enough to not be able to fight back. The us is just starting to experience this, but unlike in ww2, there is no us to ...save the us. I think there wil

Hmm well, what I had in mind was something more of and array of arrays, where each array is a row and at each index there is a column. What I had in mind is a download of such arrays, inject them to wasm, and then access them using an exter

Depends on the country and the market in that country for contractors / consultants. The UK is pretty much boiling with demand, mainly around London, for software consultants. Hopefully the gov won't kill it with the upcoming IR35

Time to give this lang a try. Been wanting to build a web assembly large data table mechanism for a while, and rust appears to be an idea candidate from what i read (speed and reliability). Although it could be done using SQLite, i think co

How many of these villages, once you leave the bubble, have roma people living in mud-homes and other vulnerable people that you so cleverly chose to ignore, and claim the everything is fine?

I am from eastern Europe too. It is fine to try and promote one's country, but denying facts doesn't help us either. Been to Hungary a few times, it lags behind central and western european countries by a high margin. Budapest is

Under-developed countries have a unique opportunity to develop sustainable growth. I applaud this, despite it being symbolic. Would great to see Hungary invest in things such as green tech and fast trains as it develops.

Nokia is a perfect example of corporate arrogance: “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost” said the CEO at the time. Yet they did everything wrong.
