The mobile web version and apps appear to use nearly the exact same react/react native codebase. I'm mostly just confused as to why the desktop web version is completely different (and much worse because they removed almost all th

Oh wow, changing the user agent to load the mobile website on desktop does indeed make it a whole lot better. I'm less optimistic about the desktop version since the uselessness of it seems very much intentional but oh well.

There already is such a policy, though enforcement depends on somebody complaining and the mods following through. >Please submit the original source. If a post reports on something found on another site, submit the latter.

It's still widely available (and in use) for small piston aircraft as avgas. And it seems like tetraethyl lead is still available for people to mix their own leaded gas to put in very old cars.

Seems to just be that System76 laptops to date are all based on Clevo designs and Clevo does not make any laptops with AMD chips.

95% of them are millionaires, it is ludicrous to call that economically diverse or middle class. Even if they went to public schools they likely went to some of the nicest public schools in the country.

As far as I'm aware there was never any sort of official policy announcement. They just started banning any new account without a phone number a few minutes after creating it at some point. I personally experienced it a couple of times

You can't make a Twitter account without a phone number. Well you technically can, but it will be instantly banned upon creation until a phone number is provided.

The point I'm trying to make is that nobody authorized the use of their data for marketing. As far as I'm aware the only phone numbers they have are ones submitted for 2FA purposes, I don't see how they could have possibly ac

This is a great example of what has always bugged me about Tweaks, the discoverability is horrible. People look through the Settings app, don't find what they want to change, and then assume there is no easy way to change it. How the h
