i considered it, but the gym was a much better option. for everyone who says "i've tried etc doesnt work" all i would say is, possibly if you dont have the time due to kids etc. Otherwise, get to it!

I am not 400lbs... I don't know if you are implying that... if so check your math: 1.2g/kg * 90kg (~200lbs-lean) = 108g of protein. each person, on average, in the US would be eating one 16oz steak or 3-5 hamburgers every day.

IMO what you are describing is distributed choice vs concentrated choice. It's one of my main arguments against a crash: why would one (1) or a few choose to do that?
