One of the most frustrating things about terminal Emacs is figuring out how to get nice colors in tmux. By the time I get it working finally, I have no idea which combination of the tens of things I did made it work.

You can do that with a userscript, no need for an entire new client.

I mean, I guess? But that's just a thought-terminating cliche. You're not supposed to clean the filters because that's not how it works.
428.
by okasaki 3y ago
Indeed, but the OP says he's cleaned it several times, so it "should be good". What I'm saying is that you're not supposed to clean them.
429.
by okasaki 3y ago
Yes, certainly, but the OP describes it as a replace filter warning, which is usually for the actual filter.

Or, you know, put a piece of paper on it to block the LCD. Also, I thought air purifier filters aren't 'cleanable'. Like, you can't just hoover them.

Well, in this case it's about the terrorists in the London regime, but obviously it should apply to everyone.

Well what's wrong with a bit of pedantry when the issue at hand is about blowing people to pieces?

There's no way that guy can't afford $50 for a used laptop. He doesn't appear to say that he can't either - it's just a screenshot of termux. Guess what? I've also taken screenshots of termux. It's neat. I

That sounds ridiculous. If you can afford an android device then you can afford a $50 used laptop.

Hmm, not sure. The first thing I do in Firefox is disable smooth scroll. And in a terminal I'm usually scrolling with pgup/pgdown or using search in a pager. Scrolling line-by-line at a fixed speed like in the video is very rare.

Surprising, given the Wayland/GNOME sabotage. (I installed Ubuntu 22.04 on a Dell XPS 17 yesterday. After running apt update && apt upgrade it boots into a black screen)

I don't see how that makes sense. Why would they say the people died instantly in a Russian aircraft if the truth was that they died because others wanted to retrieve luggage? Not everything the Russian government does is a conspiracy.
