Are you sure you want to roll your own ? I'd suggest Proton or another hosted solution unless your working on a team. Getting a single player game done solo is hard enough

What a great game, my only comment is I would love to be able to pay to remove the ads. Although from my own experience I know that this is probably more trouble than it's worth since the vast majority of people will never pay

The lack of ports is what drove me to buy a Mini. Not exactly sure if I'll end up buying a MBP later though. I basically only use my Mac for recording audio, and once you get your mic set up , your not too portable anyway

Factor in you also wouldn't have to waste money on enforcement. I think if someone really ran the numbers you can make an argument you're wasting money by charging people for public transit. You'd also encourage less people t

This feels very dangerous. While able body adults could just jump it, anyone with a disability could be trapped. What if their was a fire ? This is a good argument to just remove physical turnstiles and rely upon an honor system.

I dualboot without issue. You can also run Linux inside of a VM on Windows. Or you can even have a dedicated gaming PC and a cheap Linux PC. Windows Subsystem for Linux can give you the best of both worlds. I don't love Windows, honest

I'm actually looking to take a different approach, I plan on working high paid contracts, and then taking 3 to 6 months off to travel after each one ends. Originally I was going to work super hard to try to save up so much money by 40,

I love that this always comes up, no gaming on Linux will never be as easy as Windows. It works about 90% of the time, but in that 10% there are probably a couple of games you're just not going to be able to get working. If you're

If you're not, you're going to endlessly frustrate yourself when this doesn't do exactly what you need it to. I guess I'd be more interested if the tool generated python code or something, and then I can manually edit it

I can imagine this will end up creating more problems than it solves, for example depending on where you're from you might use various colloquialisms in speech which no AI will ever really get. For example if I said something like hey

In that case why wouldn't I just use Unity. For $1,500 a year or whatever, I get to use one of the most supported game engines in the world. Revenue share becomes a very bad idea if you actually expect the game to do well
