Indeed, I was not trying to evangelize SaaS/PaaS :) I'm quite bored of seeing clients wasting founding money on heroku stack, where they first pay incredible amount to have unix processes, then pay a service to have email sending, then one

That's indeed the core of the problem. If your server is properly set up, you probably have one unix user per app, with other home directories not traversable and you can simply add a temporary ssh key. But then again, if customer have diff

Also, being able to combine rss with custom filters mentionned in other comments would be a killer feature - in order to be able to get all of one interest from the world most active tech feed. Yes, it begins to be difficult feature request

Great idea. Maybe a quick fix for that, before implementing such a different change, would be to automatically point to the most active fork in project description when there hasn't been activity for a while. Being able to accept in a fork

It's certainly honorable to want to give rights to animals and it wouldn't be a "wtf" moment if they declared they wanted animal rights (or chimpanzee rights in that case) based on current human right. But granting human right to chimpanzee

If you mean replacing analytics for your website, piwik is the answer : http://piwik.org/ If you mean not being tracked by analytics, well, it's quite simple : # cat /etc/hosts 127.0.0.1 www.google-analytics.com googleadservices.com edit:

Maybe you could provide some place to keep track of who has been notified ? Or even better : handle a "report" form yourself, so sources are notified only once and wild internet don't know if source may be watching its logs or not.
