Hmm, maybe it depends? I was kinda far into a long conversation and it stopped thinking midway through. Maybe it’s based on context length and not a direct rate limit

I was certainly thinking of the more political case where one team simply gets laid off with no review. That case would be perfectly alright, to be honest.

I can confirm: it’s because of the syncing session cookies across domains. I do believe it works if you block just the youtube.com domain and not *.youtube.com

Technically it’s actually a good idea …if you do it before publicly releasing and spending marketing budget on both products, giving them a full software lifecycle and a dedicated user-base that no longer trusts you to keep things running.

It’s also rate-limited, which means the model will silently start skipping the chain of thought after a certain number of daily requests. Definitely a downgrade over the old version, though really it’s just Google deciding to offer less for

iOS is pretty much Apple’s fully bespoke operating system at this point. You might be overestimating how much it actually shares with Unix (it boils down to a few standard libraries and terminal commands and no actual code). Functionally, i

Keep in mind that the company the CEO last founded before working on Rabbit was a crypto scam, though. They’re really not giving people much reason to trust them. Plus, why a separate device and not a mobile app?

The game developer Pirate Software had a video on this. He mentioned that the demo for his game, Heartbound, was really popular in Brazil, but due to Brazilians not having high purchasing power, the final version was too expensive for Brazi

That’s a good point actually. Windowed app performance on Android apps is especially bad since they’re not designed for it (most of my experience is on Android-x86, but window resizing performance is not great)

To be fair, that’s likely because the Android subsystem is a virtual machine - not running multiple sets of system services / CPU emulation on a computer will make it faster pretty much universally.

There’s even more than that, actually: if you’re an individual developer you also need 10 people to beta-test your app for 2 weeks, along with having your home address listed online. Google really doesn’t wan’t anyone who isn’t a company

Actually, when I uploaded stuff on YouTube I’d notice sometimes that it was best to, even if the source footage was 1080p, upscale / upload it at 4k or 8k resolution so that people with sufficiently good internet could view it without

Linux gaming is actually significantly better than Mac gaming at the moment, in large part due to Valve. The GPU support is way better / faster and there’s less emulation overhead involved.
