I literally went through the process in Poland with success. It was back in 2021 though but I don't think much has changed since then. A bigger probablem at that time was just finding pharmacies that stocked the medicine.

This could help but the most dangerous situations I experienced myself were, when someone was coming from the side (perpendicular), especially on T-junctions. Classic "sorry mate I didn't see you" case. Not sure smart braking

I'm generally happy with the "original" Firefox. Just wished it played better with KDE Plasma, especially on Wayland. It ignores the window decoration settings among other things.
