Where I have found mocking useful or unavoidable is when we need to modify behaviour that is not in our control. This almost always is in calling a third party resource (api or store) or an sdk or library. Everything else can be controlled

That is so wrong. In cases where long input is required, I, for some reason, have a habit of writing things down in plain text editor, and then copying that to forms. Did not know that I need to make this a required step.

Just clicked on a post. Now they are pushing users on phone browsers to either login or download native app. I don’t know when they changed it. I have been able to access posts without logging in.
