I would recommend looking into the work of Professor George Saliba. He has a bunch of talks on YouTube that I came across recently that I highly recommend, one being: https://youtu.be/JEAfHGBQlkc For those who understand Ar

I have the same reservations around jailbreaking. My only requirement was the ability to disable YouTube Shorts (I find it excessively addictive), which you can't do in the official app. SponsorBlock, ad blocking and playing videos in

Many (most?) Muslims will have memorised the first chapter, and probably at least the last three chapters of the Qur'an. Reading isn't a requirement however, many children (Arabs and non-Arabs) will memorise those chapters verball

Most native Arabic speakers will be able to understand large chunks of the Qur'an. There are some words / phrases in the Qur'an that wouldn't be used in modern Arabic that might prove challenging for those who don't

I had the same issue with Shorts on YouTube. I'd spend hours mindlessly scrolling through shorts because they shove it in your face and can't be turned on. In the end I've resorted to a modified binary called uYou+ on ios to

As a co-founder at a startup that spent entirely too much time and effort on the brand site (including multiple redesigns) before eventually getting something up in a few days using Webflow, very much this.
