I think other comments have noted this, but I don't see where the harm of memes is supposed to be. Yes, far more people are happy to fleetingly express support for an idea than will actually take meaningful action Yes, political moveme

Yes this is a very interesting philosophical concept to me. I think the counterpoint to it is that it's also somewhat common for specialists to get stuck in local Maxima, as their expertise provide a deep but potentially narrow framewo

I think a couple of the criticisms are valid - mostly the criticism of dependency inversion. But overall I think the article (if we were to take it seriously) basically represents a nihilistic point of view that says "there's no p

I'm not so convinced of the difference between the "real world" and online. Misinformation, propaganda & charlatans all existed in droves long before the internet. In fact, it's almost certainly true that your averag

Haha love the simplicity of "bitcoin has shown decentralisation is a bad idea". No whiff of a justification, just a straightforward statement of fact. A masterclass in empty marketing. This company knows their shit.

Does "director" mean something much lower than it sounds like? Or does "associate" mean something higher? To me, a "director" is someone who understands the business deeply, knows how to lead, take initiative,
