That's what the marketing department says. Ad/tracking blocking is one of the things that can only be trusted if it's open source, i.e. uBlock Origin. By the way, does this Adblock Engine actually block trackers? Or it just s

Might be useful, but do leave the hex representation in. By the way, the "octants" representation is unreadable to me and I have HN at like 140% zoom.

I find state machines plus some form of message passing more intuitive than callbacks or any abstraction that is based on callbacks. Maybe I'm just weird.

Well it's hard to erase a crap reputation. During the previous chip crisis when covid and crypto were waning I needed a new desktop. Damned if I was going to buy a discrete video card at those prices so I went AMD integrated graphics.

If we speak of design, most tech project sites, from "solo founder SAAS" to "we got 2 billion from YC" have looked the same to me for years. We can hope the LLMs hallucinate slightly different CSS once in a while now...

That's until you want to fill a form and find out it's dark grey text on a different dark grey background so you don't see what you're typing even with 20/20 sight :)

Yeah, that's what annoys me, async comes from people who only knew about callbacks and not other forms of inter thread communication.

But is the GPU good for anything? I'm used to Intel being completely crap and AMD actually being able to run games if you can live without 8k and 400 fps. Also how's Linux support for either?

Except you're hearing it from someone who doesn't have a problem handling state machines and epoll and manual thread management.

Yep, that's a good idea, but it also means the app on your phone has to talk to the state. Probably through a web 7.0 RESTLESS api. And even though the 3rd party web site doesn't get your identity, the state's database does.

Don't forget your humble ifs. Add the {} even if it's one line and the language makes the block optional. You'll thank yourself in 1 year when you come back to that piece of code.
