Your first link seems to be in support of a keto diet, your second link is a correlational study, and your third link is a mouse study. You can check my other comment above for a bunch of other sources/studies on keto diets reversing A

All the books I read cite plenty of studies, including the one I mentioned, which is why I call it "one step above scientific studies", but you get called a whacko nonetheless if you or the author hold any opinions even moderately

Some nuts will have trace amounts of mold on them, depending on how they're sourced or how long they're sitting around. I've read that it's most common on pistachios. Not sure to what extent it actually happens but rinsi

I agree. I'm not talking about a one-off study showing a minor improvement though (which would be likely to not replicate, etc.), I'm referring to a much stronger effect which in principle is addressing the origin of the disease.

I think I read that Italians use something like 3oz/day of olive oil on average, aka 6 tablespoons. I wouldn't eat 8 tablespoons directly (lol) but if you just put a good amount on all your meats and vegetables it adds up a lot fa

If the diet can reverse the usual decline and ultimately cure the disease given enough time, surely that would imply it would also prevent onset, no? I'll take a more detailed look into the other resources I've studied and post an

Mice trials don't interest me much. Human trials of various diets for Alzheimer's have been done along with lots of individuals who have tested it on themselves or family members with positive results. I can't find one of the

Not sure what evidence you've been looking at; from what I've read the opposite is true: Keto diet can be an effective treatment for Alzheimer's. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jK6-r1zWOI0

There have been several studies done showing that a healthy keto diet can reduce or even reverse Alzheimers symptoms in many patients. Just do a quick Google or YouTube search, lots of content on the subject.

There are certainly quacks out there, but there are also folks with piles of credentials who describe what they do as functional medicine, who operate strictly according to the latest science, and who have massive beneficial impacts on the

It's true that some reject the idea of group selection, but there are lots of scientists too who embrace the idea. Lots of very good talks/interviews on YouTube with scientists & researchers on the subject. IMO there are too m

The variance of personality between individuals is around 40-60% genetic in origin (i.e. genes have a huge impact on personality). Given this, if you believe personality has any impact on career selection at all, a differing distribution of
