Like any unregulated capitalism they will do everything to maximise profit. They get profit regardless of whether the original or the copy is being purchased. They get profit if a user gets scammed through in-app purchases.

Only works for small projects, doesn't scale in terms of maintenance. Same sort of issue makes people use microservices not because of their true advantages but simply to enforce boundaries between features because so many people lack

UK IT salaries are really low and it's easy to set up a company. If you make economy business-friendly it's probably same as Android app store without a fee.
