1 more month will probably put a huge number of businesses out of business. Is there a reason why they'd do something like this, where anyone who looks will see that it's not at all needed?

RAI is Italy's state-owned TV channel(s). It's controlled by the party that is governing, and has all the problems of anything that is state-run, including a huge potential for inefficiencies, bureaucracy, and at times corruption

GA can't really be replaced easily. There is an army of web consultants ready to help you set up and track your marketing with GA, and just as many marketing consultants that can only work with GA. While it's nice that someone wor

Sure, Amazon might not be the only one, but every time I tried to buy somewhere else, something happened. They charged me twice, charged me to never sent me the product and forcing me to waste 2 weeks, sent to the wrong address, etc. Amazon

They saw what happened in other EU countries where guilt-ridden citizens don't have any respect for their own county anymore, and were not looking to repeat their mistakes. The vast majority of immigrants are economic migrants that hav

That's right! Unfortunately (for the EU) they just got our country back, and they're not looking to give it up anytime soon. I hope that they can get as much money as possible and then leave this nightmare once they're in goo

No end date that I know of. Historically, when laws get passed in case of emergency we don't go back how it used to be if it's good for politicians. Hope we don't get quarantined for life, though! We'll have to wait and

I find it laughable that you talk about democracy, and then you praise "booting out of the government" elected politicians you don't like. You're also misinformed about how the Italian Constitution says acts that limit f

We have the same laws in Italy. I don't see the big deal. Hungary just gets bad press—along with Poland—because they're not on board with your/Germany's agenda. Sorry!

Maybe they should just leave. Like Italy should after the EU left us alone with dealing with the virus. I live in Poland and I'm waiting for Poland to milk the EU as long as they can, then leave when the economy is on par with Germany.

Is it known how long it takes for CO2 levels to decrease? For instance, if we're supposed to reduce by 50% before 2030, after how many months or years would we notice a difference?

Ask HN: Now that CO2 levels are down, can we see if CO2 causes global warming?

Also, 16:9. Apple laptops are barely usable at 16:10, it's night and day compared to 3:2 on Surface Books (my favorite laptop of all time by far).

The fact that Apple insists on both having only 2 USB-C port and still using USB3 to charge their phones, mice, and keyboards is ridiculous. I hate both going all USB-C and having to carry a dongle or adapters everywhere, and the idiotic to

Well, I guess those videos turn people off and they stay on the app less, and TikTok wants to make money. TikTok works with AI, but the same would happen on Facebook, where people click on "Like" manually. Cry me a river.
