To add cognitive context to what you’re saying, which is right, I’ll add that intuition is an unconscious averaging of direct or indirect observations, which doesn’t translate well to anything which hasn’t been experienced in some manner. W

I am left wondering if the differences in brain anatomy happen because these people read more and thus become good at reading, i.e., the brain is plastic, or these people have a proclivity to be better at reading because their brain is stru

What does that mean exactly? Will they share information about individuals in a company? It’s insane to share state intelligence with corporations because corporate security could be any random person without any accountability or oversight

I think setup an automated partiful with meetup invites for people who sign up, the location should be an easy going place that wouldn’t mind if 1-2 people show up, or 5-10 do. Sounds interesting, I might give it a go.

Seems like something someone would say to generate marketing buzz, but it’s a cute way to assess the chip performance. If someone has seen the team’s paper or other work, how did rule out more plausible explanations?

No, a reflex action is not communication. You can hit someone’s knee and it produces a response. The knee isn’t communicating with you, it’s reacting to a stimuli.

Not exactly, the conscious intent of communicating is important too. For example, someone in a coma may react reflexively, but they’re not communicating per se.

It’s disappointing to me that people share articles from unqualified perspectives on HN. There are many baseless assumptions in that article, and in part this is a reason why social media has a misinformation problem.
