In the universe? I want to believe, but I wonder how something reaches Earth unnoticed by our network of observational sensors. Keep in mind that more than one nation state is interested in knowing and controlling what goes on in the different orbital layers. There are also many agencies and citizen scientists observing the skies.
It doesn’t make sense how something releasing such artifacts into our orbits, with the ultimate goal of bringing them to the surface, would escape the notice of space agencies, nation state observational instruments, and science and citizen observers.
People often chase and locate objects which crash to the surface, and those rocks have never included something surprising hiding inside them. Is the idea that whatever enters does so stealthily? I guess in that case you can conjecture that they break stealth mode to cause a ruckus between humans, or to conserve energy.
However, for fantastical claims, the burden of proof is on the people making such claims.
- bdangubic 2y agoright like Earth is like the Silicon Valley of the Universe and the rest are like South Dakota. hence we surely have technology to detect any flying object anywhere around the globe at any point in time (MH370 would like a word on this… :) )
- nis0s 2y agoSatire? Yes, there are amazing ways to build technology that we’ve yet to imagine, but the physical world still works the way that it does.
- keepamovin 2y agoNo. There's no burden of proof. It's fact. It's not 'claims', it's EVIDENCE. And experience. And logic. Your smug view is ridiculous anthropomorphic arrogance masquerading as logic while being delusion. 1st principles reveals NHI exists. It's illogical to start from the opposite assumption. Stop disadvantaging yourself. Free. Your. Mind.
- nis0s 2y agoIME, people talking about aliens were engaging in psyops or misdirection. Unless you’re in the Serengeti, it makes more sense to assume horses before you jump to zebras.
