Nintendo's been a bully for years, so their response doesn't surprise me at all. But I am disappointed in Valve and their handling of things.

I'm with the grandparent here, but want to chime in that backups are also important. If all my files got encrypted, I'd only be out a couple of days time.

I run my own instance of RSS Bridge to keep track of authors that I like on Goodreads. It works pretty well, although every once in a while Goodreads hiccups, and then RSS bridge gives me a bunch of "new posts" that are actually e

I believe they had to change the landing site for some reason, and the simulations they ran were for the initial landing site, where a 3KM crater would not have been encountered.

Agree with you there. I'd be much happier if my Raspberry Pis, cheap USB-C hubs, cheap monitors, etc. all had DP instead of HDMI. It's extra annoying when you realize that you're paying more for royalties and sometimes additi

That sounds to me like the hospital screwed up and is asking for charity. If the probate window is closed before they sent the bill (check the postmark date), then I don't think you owe them anything.
