Granted they are a different company, but this was a huge failure for Microsoft. Different devices have different strengths and weaknesses.

Microsoft has shown themselves to be very pro-open-source in the last 5+ years. Just look at things like VS Code. Microsoft is just the Nickelback of software, its cool to hate on them for no real reason (any more).

You have 3.5-5 hours a day to work out? I want your job. Also, as a former competitive weightlifter, if you are lifting intense for 1.5-2 hours, you are doing it wrong.

I agree with the first part of your statement, but I am curious how AJAX behavior was implemented without JavaScript? Are you talking about Java? CGI? I have no idea.

My University's (Minnesota) mascot is a gopher, but the physical mascot is a chipmunk/squirrel (debated) name Goldy Gopher - but it's definitely not a gopher. These rodents can be confusing!

My Razerblade can run for 6-8 hours on battery and it has dedicated graphics. When I am actually running a game, that approaches more around 1 hour.

There are a ton of these that have been out for over a decade: mailinator.com has been out since 2003 - is this any different/better?

Correct me if I am wrong, but when these fees showed up, my ticket price did not drop by the same amount, correct? So adding a fee, no matter how much of a "good deal" it is is still a addition to cost.

Why is this focused at Apple and not at smartphone operating systems in general? I am not sure what integration Windows phone has, but Google Hangouts could at least go across it's messenger system and SMS - might be more widely spread
