I love that this is part of the syntax. I typically use closures to do this in other languages, but the syntax is always so cumbersome. You get the "dog balls" that Douglas Crockford always called them: ``` const config = (() =>

When I cook I usually have a portion I prefer. I always try my living hardest to let my wife pick which portion I have as to make it fair.

Yeah, at previous jobs there has been a db.devopsdomain.com (etc) which acted like a bastion into the network from which you could connect with DB credentials to the actual databases. It's convenient I will say that. I've tried no

To make it maximise the area in your current mac Space (i.e. not go "full screen" in a new Space) you can go: Mac Menu -> Window -> Zoom. I just usually double click the App's window bar and it stretches the same way.

Closure allows you to capture references to variables, not objects. The function may reference the variable `card` but by the time the first one is triggered the for-loop had already decremented the variable to 0.

If you were making small changes to see what worked in different browsers, rather than editing the CSS or SASS, it may be more beneficial to use the browser's Web Tool to do it live!

No worries, happy to help. There are quite a few more noticeable ones throughout the file, if you rock Sublime Text, you can enable spelling checking through View -> Spell Check. On OS X at least F6 is the sort cut to toggle it.

Is that a typo on the README, _twiter_, or is that the name of the gem? I never want to open issues or submit pull requests for things like that in case the author is a dick about it.

I noticed that too. It also only highlights variables from other scope once per function which is a tad odd but for experimental you can't complain!

After I got back from my last visit to the states I kept handing my card to the staff when I was paying. They usually looked funny at me and put it in the machine rather awkwardly.

As a Web Developer I'd be lost without Chrome Dev Tools right about now. Edit: to more directly answer the question, when I am programming all the time, not an hour goes by (when programming) without using it.
