In Apple's keynotes, they often claim that they "love music". But their app misses some basics that people who actually love music might like to have: To be able to sort music by year (and have year of release not be year of

People generally know how to fall and not hit their head, and when they do their body softens the impact. Not such much with scooters and bikes, where you can literally go head first. There are risk factors, then there is absurd. Racing dri

Interesting position to take on those two things, since wearing a helmet makes an awful lot of sense since flying off a scooter onto a pavement at 20km will cause massive head injuries... ...and a scooter hitting a pedestrian is not as trau

A helmet in a car would limit visibility and movement and is completely impractical, not to mention mildly pointless. On a bike you are exposed. In a car, you are not. On a bike you travel around 30km average. In a car, up to 100km average.

It's a suggestion, not a request and a good one at that. So who should be saying 'thank you' here (if anyone)?

The moment you 'interact' with something it goes. So I might click a newspaper article to read it, then refresh the page to update the comments, but poof , it's gone. I'd have to seek it out on the newspaper's page

I think Adobe is now offering something like that with the latest Creative Suite, though I don't know if it employs ml. The last Photoshop had that functionality and they seem to have expanded on it. I was wondering if that is what in

Anyone who believes that it's okay to force unwanted updates onto someone's computer without unexpectedly and without their consent is a bit obnoxious.

The iPhone 42s contains all the worlds knowledge past present and future and you just need to think about what you want to know and it will send it to you telepathically. Why on earth would I use something as archaic as Google search from t

How can it be 3:2 aspect and HD at the same time? It's one or the other or it has rectangle pixels. Edit: nevermind... comes in 3:2 AND HD display. This is what happens when you read while doing something else.

Well I very much doubt that. Mostly the same shit happens over and over dressed slightly differently each time so the average pleb who may have only read about it in a history book (if that) doesn't recognise it as being much the same

That's a special interpretation. The parent comment is correct that they didn't actually break anything, they just didn't implement the new features thoughtfully. You could still maximise windows just like previous versions.
