As a side note, a wrong picture is placed in the article. In China's stock market, red indicates positive changes, while green indicates negative changes. It is the opposite to those in USA.

In theory, you are right. So the circuit breaker is uni-directional in NYSE and NASDAQ. It is bi-directional in China, though. The upside circuit break has very practical implications. China's current stock market was started in 1990.

Exactly. I am kind of annoyed when people assume I speak Cantonese simply because I am Chinese. Cantonese speakers only constitute 5% of total Chinese population. Nobody assume if you are European, then you speak Italian.

One question I haven't seen to be raised often is how the reviews are "regulated" by airbnb. I rented an apartment in a metropolitan city via airbnb last year. Both the owner and the apartment got about ~15 excellent reviews.
