I was going to ask how you knew that since I couldn't get that from the FastCompany article. Good thing I checked your profile first. Loved seeing you at MicroConf and keep up the good work ;) I'm not surprised that performance r

Do you have any reason to believe this happens in an iterative model as well? In this model there's no reason to believe the worst candidate isn't passing his credit to employees just about to surpass you, which would defeat the p

Each employee receives a single unit of value. Let's call it a 'credit.' Each employee then has to distribute all of his 'credit' to other employees. Each employee then gives away any credit received according to th

I meant 'cool' more as in 'hack-value'. Our product (Interactly) is virtual video interactions, so our main value prop is being able to see real people respond. In that context we figured it would be interesting to see i

You might want to take a look at Javelin. It sounds like that's what you're looking for. The talk InfoQ talk about it is probably the best place to start.

An arm and a leg. I did it together with a daily (on workdays) personal training routine for €100 per day. It was amazingly effective and I'm glad I did it but, unsurprisingly, it was just too expensive to maintain in the long run.

I once had my personal trainer cook me the 6 properly balanced meals I needed a day. I got 6 tupperware boxes each day and it was heaven, apart from the price tag. I've been dreaming of starting a healthy micro-meal delivery service ev
