No idea if related, but I had a really frustrating issue recently on fedora/similar kernel version. Resume from sleep stopped working, and boot started taking minutes. Going through logs I was able to figure out it was probably usb rel

I was going to make a similar comment. One important aspect of being a safe driver is being predictable. Cars (or cyclists/pedestrians for that matter) that suddenly change speed or direction without warning create a lot of risk. Edit:

I've only been on one cruise, but I'd semi agree. Personally I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise, but the time on shore was too short for my liking, I prefer to stay the same place for several days and get immersed - I think of it as

I'm curious how your COGS (cost of goods sold) are going to line up with the one time payment/lifelong subscription model. ML Inference is pretty expensive in my experience - it's not clear to me whether you're running m

In terms of taking an openapi specification first, then generate server/client from that approach, I have a project that focuses on this for nodejs koa and fetch/axios: https://openapi-code-generator.nahkies.co.nz/

I was pleasantly surprised when I was messing around with the Google maps API and found I was able to adjust a quota to put an upper cap on daily spend. It made me feel much more comfortable hacking around and not needing to worry that I&#x

One of the first things I've found myself doing with the few firebase realtime database based projects I've made is some kind of abstraction to emulate joins. I realise that this is probably a symptom of "holding it wrong&quo

I think OOM kills is an important one, especially with containerized workloads. I've found that RAM used/limit metrics aren't sufficient as often the spike that leads to the OOM event happens faster than the metric resolution

Lately I've been using sqlite in this way on small projects I'm just hacking at, but after seeing pglite this week ( https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41224689 ) I'll probably give that a try next time

I've hit a lot of rough edges with it too. A few off the top of my head: - in memory joins (until they added the preview relationalJoin feature) - no partial indexes - no select for update - no table partitioning (though if you do this
