I have about 6-7 repos in GitHub...all private. I will never give that out in a link. I don't mind you looking at it in front of me, but I'm not giving anyone access to it. And since all that code is sitting on my laptop, it&#x

Monopolistic competition? More whining. Fact is, the restaurants exist and provide jobs at a certain level of pay. Job applicants are free to apply or not apply. There is no monopoly. There are thousands upon thousands of restaurants in

Working, no matter how many hours, does not dictate what you get paid. Your value in the marketplace does. Fact is, fast food workers aren't very valuable and are easily replaced. Hence, they get paid very little. If you can throw to

Going out on a limb here, but I'll assume this is for Ruby only? Nothing in the landing page suggests this works for other languages. I like the implementation, but if folks didn't like the NSA spying on them, they might not like

The best part of your reply is in showing how he failed his own interview, figuratively speaking of course. In real life, the candidate doesn't get to explain things the day after they were turned down because of bad answers. I truly

Dave nailed it. It's why I rarely comment and never post. HN is one of the most unfriendly spots on the net. It's downright hostile. I love the curated links, but that's about it. Trying to engage in conversation is a crap shoot. You mig

It's YOUR responsibility to make sure the user is well aware of the ramifications of what's about to happen. Not reading the terms and conditions of Reddit when all you do is browse and read and never even log in: not too important. Not FU

Those ManagingDirectors [sic] are not employees. I'm familiar with two of them. They are folks in the startup space, likely operating in an advisory role, probably brought on to lend credibility to the company. Or maybe they were brought o
