You assume that people want to learn from their mistakes instead of doubling, tripling down, ad infinitum. The last 8 or so years has taught me otherwise.

It's interesting that you agree with the assessment that a leader of a country isn't responsible for the windfalls from previous administrations, but ... Then you're associating the new leader of a corporation with windfalls

Wow! That's a lot of variable rate or only temporarily fixed rate mortgages! I'm certainly no expert in all of this, how does that stack up with other countries data?

It's not only bandwidth limited, it's message count as well. The $60/yr plan allows for 750 _messages_ per month. Up to 3000 messages per month if you stack 4 plans together. So on the base plan, you're limited to ~1 mes

I wonder how many people said the same thing about airplanes, or electricity, or any of the countless other amazing things we have accomplished as a species. Maybe the current trajectory of fusion is unlikely to bear fruit, but we'll l

You know you've done something pretty cool when your equipment catches fire after the experiment is complete. Either that or you've made a mistake somewhere. :D

> There will be no fusion. Scream it into the ether with veins popping out of your head all you want, it doesn't make you correct. Additionally, there's literally no reason to not pursue both avenues.

https://valkyrie.cdn.ifixit.com/media/2022/09/18133349/iPhon... Uh, look at that wonky Qualcomm SDR735 chip. Actually looking at it a bit closer it seems like the board was destroyed during disassembly?

I let local native milkweed grow wild on my land, specifically for Monarchs. I saw at least 3 this morning (unlikely to be migratory, I suppose?) Hopefully my property can be a stop for some of the migratory species!

It boggles my mind how anyone in 2022 can want to vote "no" on this bill. I guess pandering to the lowest common denominator gets you votes. My representative voted "no", and I guarantee my friends and family won't
