No. Javascript is just a general purpose language. It could very well serve as a DSL for layout or presentation. But the browsers already have that, it's called HTML and CSS. What I'm referring to is Javascript syntax. It's way too ambiguou

Kudos for the effort, but it won't fly. Writing everything in JS isn't gonna make it better all of a sudden, even if it's sanitized JS. HTML and CSS are fine for the jobs they do which is data description and layout. The problem is JS itsel

Instead you could take the fact of him posting that instead of being killed in flight as empirical evidence. ;) BTW, I also don't turn off my devices in flights. I'm still alive and kicking.

Hitting the reader on mobile Safari does the trick (I'm on iOS 5.1.1). I also find this TC "feature" very annoying.

I have an iPhone 4 (out of warranty) that all of sudden got stuck on dock mode and stopped playing sounds trough it's speaker. The only time I could hear something from the speaker was the ringtone when someone was calling me. Before I open

And there it goes another $US100 million [1] on technology that won't solve the problem. They should stop this nonsense, legalize the stuff and regulate the market. More tax money could be collected to be invested in society, for instance,

First of all, congrats on building and releasing something! Now a few pointers. The workflow isn't flowing. I know the whole idea revolves around managing tasks as text, but unless you fit vim into a text area the app won't fly. Another ide

Great day indeed to be a python developer. Greatly appreciated, thanks Amazon! Now, if you could support PostgreSQL in RDS, that would be a nice feat.

Do thinkpads still have those terrible trackpointy things in the middle of the keyboard? That's not timeless design. That's a timeless pice of crap! Now the MacBook Pro trackpad... Fingers fly on that glass.
