it def gets easier with practice! i've found that colours stay pretty consistent across a roll and stock type so a per-film, per-light temperature presets work well (day, night, indoor).

i'm also exploring this, and have found my mirrorless to produce noticeably sharper images than the Epson V600 but not quite as sharp as an Imacon Flextight. to save time, i have saved some presets for colour correcting using a single

whenever this comes up, this is inevitably the response, which sometimes betrays confirmation bias. these statistics are not hard to find.

i've had a Deluxe cabin experience with the shower. it was wonderful and private but anecdotally i still ended up sleeping better in the first class seats of the TGV that we had connection to right after the night train

Touch ID in the locking button is neat but I've seen issues with the touch ID home button dying on previous generations of iPads. Wonder what'll happen with this generation.

urine mostly. the poop dries up pretty quick. but urine scent sticks around. my downstairs neighbour is bad at clean-up routine, you can smell it on the hallway outside of the apartment…

i have the same experience. there is less retention when the object isn't permanent. that's another reason why i think it's important to keep notes as handwritten visually and not convert/OCR into typed text.

sure! write a few tests pretending your thing is already implemented, to capture what you want it to do. at this point it's a step beyond writing no test and just typing `YourThing.Do()` in a text editor. does it make sense? is it awkw

i see art is some amounts of aesthetic rendition and an encapsulation of an idea. Rembrandt might lean more into the former, while e.g. found objects (dada etc) and something like this are more the latter. "bad art" only exists in
