Valid concern, but at the same time, if you start slowly, watch videos, record yourself and review your form, and listen to your body you'll be fine. Barbells are psychologically scary, but nobody worries about hiring a coach when they

I'm a big fan of both programs (I built a lot of my current strength with 5/3/1), but I just want to add a couple things for anyone starting out: 1. If you're new, realize that your muscles will get stronger faster than

I tried so hard to be a gamer on macOS, and I kept telling myself it would eventually get better. But I had to give up. You can't even turn off mouse acceleration, which is a bare-level requirement for RTS games like StarCraft. There

I've been a freelance iOS app developer for almost a decade. Apple has always operated this way. They have rules that are somewhat vague, and they choose when they want to enforce them and how they should be interpreted. For example:

It would be interesting to see how they count a "user" too. If a good portion of those 2 billion people don't use YouTube very much then the % of users who are using it regularly and subscribing might be a lot higher.

My point is that you've removed one instance of the Facebook SDK from your phone, but you still have 50 others. Plus probably hundreds of other analytics frameworks that you've never even heard of that are just as bad or worse.

I sure hope it's a war on VVC. I don't know why anyone would want a patent encumbered pay-to-use video codec over an open free one unless you're a stakeholder.
