My understanding of recording law is that in One Party states you need to be part of the conversation to record it. Speculation: This would mean that the device / owner would be in violation if the owner was not in the room?

I know embedded systems were not the original purpose of the Raspberry Pi, but so many people are trying to use the pi for just that. I've wanted to use Rpi for that but the SD card failure rates are high. I know the high-end ones ar

Seems that way. Misrepresenting Peterson's views and disregarding why he was invited to the talk (to give his opinion on why people hold anti-GMO views). She does have a point about the driving force behind much of the GMO debate bei

Google has moved to boost sites with high rank. This gives few 'bad' results, but leads to less authoritative and complete results from the long tail of internet sources. I think this is a response to Black Hat SEO.

Some are, but a lot of regional games are blacked out and not available on Sling. I tried to switch the last couple of years and every weekend in the fall (College Football) my game was on cable and not on Sling.

This argues that it's Netflix vs Disney and it's a zero-sum game. If you lump all TV dollars together it's Disney vs Netflix vs CBS vs HBO vs Cable etc... It's not so clear what the consumer will do. The wild card is sti

In the long run we are all dead. -- John Maynard Keynes For some, the short term payoff is the right strategy. Also how is it not good for the employer? Assuming they could fire the person (or just hire him/her as contract).
