I was also stating that cannabis improves focus for me. That is, directly after use. I have never been a regular cannabis user so I can't comment on my experience on the long term (I was just stating that I wouldn't be surprised i

Theanine is also a fairly common substance in the smartdrugs community. People often stack it with caffeine to improve concentration and supress the jumpiness that caffeine often causes in higher doses.

I am convinced that cannabis improves concentration and eliminates feelings of boredom. I always was average at best at football. I smoked cannabis before a match once. It was by far the best match I ever played and I scored thrice. Of cour

Nitpicking: Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't know what SAS is. I have learned to always introduce abbreviations before using them. I think more people should do this.

Thank you for the explanation, I never understood this. I wonder how many people do though (is everyone on the same page about this, usually?).

Dunno, but it wouldn't surprise me. The resemblence between tables and flexboxes is also quite funny. We took 20 years from declaring the structure of table-like markup in a table to declaring it in CSS with a flexbox. Cool, but things

For me it was associating (sin(r), cos(r)) with a direction (on the unit circle), instead of with a triangle. After that, the relation with a triangle where the longest side has unit length is obvious.

Sin and cos were the first mathematical concepts I truly understood through programming rather than through high-school mathematics. The traditional method of teaching them through triangles feels very unintuitive.

As far as I can see the 'ribbon' style is a tabbed layout which uses big buttons with pictures. So with the prior art of tabbed layout and of buttons with pictures, the ribbon style brings nothing new to the table.
