I pretty much agree with all the article. Back in 2001, when Web Standards were on the rise, people used to validate their HTML code. It was shown as a badge of prestige when you had 0 errors. Semantic HTML was a hot topic and most of the d

Price control doesn't work on healthcare. I give you an example: Spain, "free" healthcare: they realized people went to socialize to hospitals, making impossible to address the demand. People went to hospitals for headaches,

Why you say theory, when you never readed about price controls in economic books: they're filled with factual data, not with opinions.

Price control is not a theory. There are several books, papers (Hayek, Mises, Friedman), topics that address this topic. If it is so good, why isn't implemented? It's the same argument than communism: if it is so good, why we don&

Why people downvoted this. Price control doesn't work. Just read any economic book and you will realize it's true. It hurts, but it's true. If price control works, then why prices never were freezed. Why don't freeze it

I dislike the idea of the startup for "solving a problem". Problems are very specific, personal and not so broad as other options. In fact: 1. Not everyone has a problem. 2. Not everyone is aware is having a problem. 3. People bea

Windows 95 was a major step into OSes too. I remember how well done the UI was. It became silly in 98 and then on XP with crazy design styles that. I don't know if the original design team left Middle Earth, but in two years they'

As a Macintosh user since System 7, I cannot be more in love with the old UIs and UX. I really enjoy the pixel era. Certainly, the introduction to OS X took Apple to a different level, but the OS 9 UI for me will be one of the best examples
