As someone who worked at Uber at this time and a fair amount after it is really funny reading the comment sections on threads like these. I wish we were as comically “morally flexible” (also seems to mean evil for a lot of you) as you think

If this is the best they can do maybe capital markets don’t work best for insurance companies and they should be taken over. Dealing with them right now feels like dealing with the government might as well just have the government run it

Almost all crypto at this point can be linked back to a person since it’s mostly bought through a few large exchanges that the government has complete insight into. The only way for it to not be traced outside of monero and maybe a few othe

Do you have anything pointing to the SEC giving actual guidance around BTC and ETH because i have never seen it. Seems strange kraken would stop supporting the ability to stake ETH if your claim was true. Thats a ton of money for them to th

I would wager it’s popular any place where you have a large number of tourists who think its easy to pick up local girls because they have more money than the locals.

Im not sure how it was normalized to tip 20% to someone who is taking your order at a fast food restaurant but here we are… and I absolutely hate it.

This all makes sense if you ignore that politics are suppose to be representing the people who vote for them. I don’t think I have talked to anyone on any side of the fence that think you should have to pay for filing basic taxes.
