In Berlin apartments are absurdly cheap. You can live on < 1000 euros a month nicely. Contrast that with SF where you have your media $3700 a month apartment!

I think we should pass a law that homeless people are not people. Sadly, I think many people would approve of such a law. If you are not a land/property-owner, you have no rights!
