Actually it is so bad and non ergonomic that there is a video from a keynote where Craig Federighi is struggling to use it.

Ergonomically it is a disaster. I can’t think of a single product that embodies design over function more than this mouse. All of Apples mouse designs have been absolute train wreaks since the horrible “puck” mouse on the original iMac.

The Bull thesis is that Tesla has a lot more going for it than just being a car company like GM or Ford. A couple of things most people point to: 1.) Software Skills - Autonomous driving, over the air updates, giant screen + app, future pos

Production isn’t really linear. For example in Q2 they had multiple total stoppages of production to re-tool, each one lasting at least a few days. The important things to look at are: What is the production exiting the quarter, and is it s

It also can be a good thing for employees to have moonshot goals but also specific goals. When this 5,000/week goal wasn’t being acheived, it led to a lot of accountability and ultimately a reckoning. That can give a company a lot of c

Yes I think that is quite clear now. What has surprised me is the extent to which the tech community has followed along. If anything, we should be the people that know Musk overpromises on timelines, but has an insane track record for deliv

This is addressed in the statement. The “tent” is GA4. So far there are no quality issues and they expect to keep this line around, producing over 1,000 cars per month alone next month. GA3 at 5,000 plus GA4 at 1,000 equals their 6,000 goa

Yes, I think it is because it will be kind of weird when U.S. automakers GM and Tesla hit the cap first and they are at a “disadvantage” as compared to the European and Asian automakers.

Probably not the full credit, unless you have a spot in line already. The phase out starts during the quarter when the company hits 200,000 total deliveries. If we assume this is going to be July 1st, then the $7,500 credit is good for Q3

There will be the standard range battery model released later this year with a $35,000 price tag. In the U.S. after the $7,500 federal tax credit, the final price should be well below $30,000. Tesla is focusing on producing the higher price

Of the major carriers in the U.S. only Sprint was really behind Wi-Max. It actually had a decent rollout in the D.C. area but it fizzled out once LTE became more established.

There is also a scam going in Las Vegas where it's a $3.00 or $3.50 fee to use a credit card versus cash. Fee + tip doubles the cost of some rides. Vegas has also banned Uber.
