I've looked into becoming a B-corp. And unfortunately, it has a very specific opinion on what "good" means. It's very easy to be a horrible company and a B-corp. So it's a complete waste of time IMO.

I think almost no commercial value is at 4. I'm fact, it could be negative value. Because you need the expense of a "digital driver" and the expense of a human driver. It's basically level 5 or bust.

I continue to be shocked that there isn't more outrage that those under 12 are completely banned from getting the vaccine. IMO everything else related to covid is less important, but it's still seldom discussed besides like in the

I think if I knew you I'd happily bet this, but I don't make it a habit of randomly betting people online. I think if the bet is a robotaxis ride across Boston area by 2031, should be no problem. Frankly a Tesla could probably do

This matches the AI day extrapolation. If they are training significantly larger neural nets with dojo, and dojo is not really in production use until next year, it is likely FSD2 will be finalized only after they run some models from dojo.

Random thoughts: I thought the fact they have 1,000 data labelers was interesting. I'm unsure about their dojo efforts. Seems cool, seems better than Nvidia but not 10x better (hard to tell it's not apples to apples). For example

This. If you are going to be a legal dualolopy, then you can't cut off payments like you can't cut off power or water. Personally I breaking thei anti-trust behavior entirely, so people have options.

Visa, Mastercard, and amex are a tax on the world, propped up not by being good, but by anti-competitive behavior. It's absolutely insane the fees they charge.

This is awesome, I am very excited for vr for work purposes. Glad to see they are making progress on the software side. I have been tentatively thinking that once resolution is high enough to really do work (probably Quest 3 will be there),

Slack's poor calling is baffling to us, and the fact that they are uninterested in making it better is obvious. The quality is so bad, we use google meet for almost everything at the company, even though we would prefer to use the nati

I liked your comment. I feel the concept we need to completely destroy is that real estate is a store of wealth. We should try for the opposite, to make housing as affordable as possible (via the free market). The main ways to do this are a

How low though? Lyra added significant overhead, from what I read. They said it was small but then in practice it was like 100ms or something, which given a typical ok connection is easily 50ms would put it in the perceivable range of delay

I think that this policy, and similar ones, will likely hurt the people it purports to protect. The perception will now be reinforced that women or minorities hired to boards are to "meet quota". Also interesting that this article

Space is massively big. We can easily have a thousand systems like this without getting the density of an airport airspace. We should be trying to put a trillion people in space.

I think they should be more expensive too. The government shouldn't give a monopoly for cheap. Maybe $100k fee for first 5 years, with the ability to pay something like $1m to extend another 5 years would be long enough. Maybe $10M for
