Newer observations suggest 200 billion with an average of 100 million stars per galaxy and 3-10 planets per star. 60,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets on the low end? Yeesh.

Having a mechanism to express your thoughts, whether publicly or privately, can be beneficial to the learning process. You try to express your ideas to others and see if you really understand it, sort of like the Feynman technique. Beyond t

I agree. To me, its simpler to understand. Suppose x is a bool, reading the code, I say to myself "if not true..." or "if not false..." and my ape brain gets confused on what happens if its not true or not false. Reading

Every product is available while supplies last. The question is, will more supplies be manufactured after that? This article doesn’t say either way. The amount of corporate Apple speak here, where everything is positive dnd amazing, is real

One part of BOTW that really stuck out to me is how close, yet far away things felt. You know how when you look at something through a telephoto lens, things get compressed? They did that really well in BOTW. Things could look close and you

I agree that it does seem like a trivial problem that is mostly organizational. There are nearly 18,000 police departments in the US. Standardizing anything across a subset these and getting approval from the judicial system just seems like

They're out there for sure. The problem is, entities that own feature length films usually have more pull (money and lawyers) to get it removed. Furthermore, other easier avenues exist for sharing movies.
