Neovim is amazing but recall how long it took you to get used to vim keybindings. It isn't something you master overnight. I recall it took me a few weeks to get comfortable. Lots of people are perfectly comfortable not using keyboard

I hope that's sarcasm. There have been problems with macOS (OS X at the time) all the way back to public beta including sluggishness pre-Intel transition. It was (and still is) a great OS to use - but to pretend that pre 2007 existed a

The annoying part with Linux on rMBP's for me isn't the display - it's the fact that my palm rests on the trackpad and causes all kinds of issues that macOS is immune to.
