Not afraid, but typing a dash in the terminal is easier and shorter than typing a reverse slash and a space. Spaces are kind of a pain in the ass in the terminal, tbh.

That quotes simply means that you shouldn't write spaghetti code, and that another _programmer_ should be able to read it. Quite clearly, it doesn't carry a meaning of: "hey, every user now has to become a proficient reader o

It's too often that developers adopt this attitude that I have to resort to vulgarity. They are practically forcing my hand there.

Comparing CL to C++ isn't very fair. That's like comparing a quartz-watch with multiple displays and a set of carefully laid-out knobs to a mad hairball of debris which will sting you every time you try to pick it up / comb i

Well, when something is presented as innovative, while it's really not (given the context of "browser space"), and you say so, how is it pedantry? There was an overenthusiastic false statement, and I responded to it according

Can't say, not using Chrome, but I wouldn't be surprised. It does seem like a no brainer to have in a browser, along with tab groups (which qutebrowser currently seems to lack).

Nyxt is more extensible due to CL, which I like. However qutebrowser is working just fine for me so far and I didn't like how some things worked out of the box in Nyxt, and was too lazy to customize them.

Innovative? I have been using qutebrowser for a while, and don't see the appeal of this. I just press a binding, start typing the name of the tab (fuzzy), get the list of matches, choose and there I am. As a basic example among many. N
