Yes, you do have to manually adjust the mixture. I have to admit, for the newer turbo cirruses its insanely easy to do. just have to pull it until your fuel flow matches a blue indicator on the display.

100% agree. I'd be fine with 7 or 8 figure salaries for members of congress, the president, and top executives along with very strict rules on investments: treasuries with a small allocation to broad market, long only ETFs: S&P500

One word: inflation. The government is turning on the printing presses and while investors expect real returns to take a hit, they expect nominal returns to do fine. In an inflationary environment, assets like equities will outperform.
