David, glad to see you launched, that's more than most people ever do. As a few of the other folks have said, this is a tough field and you definitely have your work cut out for you. And I bet a lot of naysayers would have said the same thi

Thanks -- I suppose I'm more interested in seeing businesses. For example, does Google offer tours of the Googleplex?

FWIW, in the beginning I thought it would be easy enough to do with simple conditional statements. That proved to be way too difficult/impossible. The HUSNG bot made heavy use of statistics, data mining, and expected value calculations.

I recently read a post you made about two years ago where you advocate spending $2K getting set up ( http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=104977 ). On behalf of everyone you've helped with your responses to these threads, thanks. Btw, I met

I use one of those flat white mac keyboards on one computer and a normal Dell keyboard at home, and another normal Dell keyboard at work. I think I'll try out one of the curvy Microsoft ones as a start. Thanks for the feedback.

I've read mixed reviews of the Devorak keyboard, though I suppose its worth a shot. Has anyone else had success with it?

Related question: why do big hardware stores, like Home Depot and Lowes, always seem to be next to each other? Same with Walmart, Target, and KMart. Same with gas stations. It seems like it'd be better to space them out, especially if you'r

I've read The Mathematics of Poker; the binding is broken from keeping it propped open too much. That being said, it was not very helpful actually building a bot. They do a lot of nice little game theory examples, but most of it is not appl
