Why not? Install trafeik or any other load balancer, setup two services, and restart one after one.

It looks like you don't even care about opening documentation before pressing reply. Podman is a simple hammer without any moving parts, that used properly can be used to build fancy stuff without much knowledge.

Plain Podman systemd integration is way more powerful and secure, as it does not mess with firewall and allows to run rootless containers using services. It's even possible to run healthchecks and enforce building images just before st

That database sounds like scam created by junior programmers that invest the major part of their VC budget money into marketing instead of engineering. I don't believe that they are even fully aware of all functionality of ES that they

If your VPS is wired with another one using VPC or any other internal network it'll just work. Just point Caddy to specified internal IPs of your other servers. It's not designed to work on local envs. When I wanted to debug infra

1. Less dependencies (only Podman and registry is needed) 2. Rock solid rootless systemd service management 3. Easy integration with systemd-proxyd 4. Easy manage dependencies between containers (with healthchecks) 5. Rollbacks

Not the only. Mine assembler (and C compiler), written in TypeScript, does the same despite being painfully slow and useless. https://github.com/Mati365/ts-c-compiler

You don't always need k8s or cloud solutions to deploy your application. An example of the use systemd podman containers to deploy small applications to Hetzner.

I made a C compiler in TypeScript, with frontend, backend and IR code, that allows compiling simple applications to 16bit real mode x86 code. It can be easily adopted to target new homebrew architectures.

Recently I created C compiler directly in TypeScript [1]. Maybe it is not super fast but at least adding new backends is much easier. [1] https://github.com/Mati365/ts-c-compiler
