I think you need to have ARR(annual recurring revenue) to have a multiplier like this. I think the company makes money when somebody buys the device, but that's it. It would also help to know the TAM(total market area). How big is the

Give the price tag when missing. The argument is we need to fix this in order to insure against this catastrophic event. Or take the price tag when missing multiply by the probability of needing it over the course of one year. This is a mor

I fly Southwest too. I like the flexibility that they provide. If you don't feel like flying today, that's fine with them. No change fees. However, sometimes they don't feel like flying either, and you also need to extend the

How about writing a JIRA plug-in. You can find an area where it is lacking and write a plug-in for it. Alternatively, start with an open source bug tracker. But offer to host it, and create improvements for it. It's been a long time, b

I don't think there is one way to implement these correctly. It's a people/organization problem. It's a hard to get alignment and buy in from enough people in your organization. OKRs should at least be for a period of ti

I think it's really hard to do OKRs correctly. It seems like you are working at a place that is not doing them correctly. I've also worked at places that haven't implemented OKRs correctly. At the very least it appears that n

Most of the water that goes to farms in the Central Valley does not come from the Colorado river. It comes the Sierra and Owens Valley. The farm lands that would be impacted by this are in Imperial County.

I think TikTok could easily make over $10000 a day from its Montana Audience. Although this law likely violates the 1st amendment, perhaps the best course of action is to either ignore Montana or just cut them a check.

Not really. Athena lets you run SQL queries on datasets in S3. You can do something similar in BQ with external tables. BQ is much faster. Athena will easily be more expensive on larger datasets, because you pay $5 per terabyte scanned. AWS

I think that founders have become older since 2006. There are a lot of people work for a big company for a while, or go into an industry, then go to a start up. I don't have any data to show this is true, but I suspect that it is.
