The bottled water market has exactly 0 things in common with the housing market. Every city is growing and adding more people than new housing construction. Thus rents go up. Hm, wonder what the solution would be? If a landlord has a unit o

Cheap, market-rate housing does exist in every city. It may not be where you want to live, but it exists. The issue is transportation, not subsidized housing that locks low-income people in an apartment they can't really afford. Every

Well, great. Exactly 0 people are "forced" to pay into a union they don't want to be a part of! If you don't want a union job the solution is simple: don't take that job. But I guess the numerous benefits you enjoy

Nobody says the rent will go down. That's not the argument. Increasing supply simply ensures tomorrow's rent is lower than it would be otherwise.

It's always nice to see how each Android release compares to iOS. Usually about 10% of the features while releasing to about .05% of the active phones. The vast majority of people won't see these features for another 3 years.

Done correctly != react native. I've had to shut down and migrate 3 RN projects because of how much of a mess it is. It's not even 1.0 and is a horrible choice for important apps.

It's quite amazing that a company this large with so much money can't figure this stuff out. Hilarious. Like every thing Android has done in the past 5 years they are simply doing what Apple does, but in a worse fashion. It's

I think most people would gladly pay a bit more to not have to deal with the annoyance of owning a vehicle. Parking in most cities is pain. Driving to restaurants or bars is a no-go with your own vehicle. The flexibility you lose with havin
