Great work, however I think RN will always remain a tool for experiments and toys. I now had to migrate two RN projects to native because of the many issues we encountered. The promise of "write JS, deploy anywhere easily" will ne

Good luck! I still don't understand the need for these chat apps, tbh. Perhaps I'm just old fashioned, heh. So I need a new app for my already-bloated slack app just to book travel? It also takes longer, is hard to search and reta

Project Veritas is not news. Everything they have ever "reported" on is trash.

Project Veritas is nonsense. Nothing they have ever reported has been factual. Good on them for removing it.

Eh, what? That is never true, at least in my case. Right click functionality is never good, context menus are useless, text selection, dialogs, etc. The whole point of electron is to avoid those native things.

Crazy. I can't stand the software. Experiment for slack fans: Start talking about something in a channel with ~20 people. Then ask a friend to ask another question in the same channel. What happens? A mess. You now have 2 conversatio

You keep spamming about poverty in this thread. That is 100% irrelevant and an obvious distraction. Do better.

Widening roads will not fix the problem. There is still a fixed number of road capacity in urban cores, which will inevitably lead to huge problems. Highway-widening is short-sighted.

Agreed... especially in React Native. You quickly run into a wall for some more advanced things because of how it's designed. (Mostly imperative actions/animations, etc)

I know how to use them just fine, thanks. Anything that cannot be viewed/compared in version control or tested easily is trash. You cannot easily collaborate on complex IB or storyboards.

More evidence that iOS really just needs a declarative UI format. Storyboards/IB are trash and doing it programmatically is fine, but slow and error-prone.

Cool experiment. Really shows how poorly conceived/verbose Auto Layout is. The first thing I do in any iOS project is add some sort of wrapper around all that constraint nonsense.

Old apartments in hip neighborhoods usually rent for less than brand-new ones. At least that's what I found. The luxury -> affordable saying is super simplified, yes. But brand-new "cheap" housing will certainly never exis
