ok so if we assume that the average life expectancy is 90 years old with equal distribution. 1/3 of Americans are 30 years and younger. Most people saving starting then. Looking at it that way, 1/3 seems like a high number.

This is just a simply "I heard that ...", so take it with a grain of salt. I heard that heat (such as sauna) can help you lose weight, but it also loses muscle, so it's not a great method of diet.
