Hmm. I am all for leaving animals alone, but their Wikipedia page says their status is “secure” and of “least concern”. So yeah, let the frogs be, but I don’t think we should invent (hallucinate, in this case, perhaps?) reasons why…

Every time I find one of these in my backyard with my dog, I have to spray my dog’s mouth out with the hose for 5 minutes. Psychedelic, but also very toxic.

Did you read it the paper at all? For one, asyncio is primarily still single-thread, while this can scale with number of processes.

It's telling that Wolfram / Mathemetica doesn't even come up in a blog post like this, as the inventors of "the notebook". Jupyter took the concept to a whole new level, but the concept did originate in Mathematica
