   I think the main issue is that the things I am good at aren't really of interest in the non profit world as far as I can tell, and when you use them to make money, they almost always are used for what I would consider to be evil.

   a related issue that i struggle with is having to choose between high paying jobs which are actively damaging the world vs being unemployed and working on open source software. I have been cycling between the two over the past 5 years. So i
